RPS (Risk Transfer Ins. Agency) has moved the Client Service Portal which provides access to do Service American PEO Program online submissions. The Portal also provides Carrier / TPA resources such as access to a Certificate Exchange to process COIs, Loss Control & Safety materials, and Carrier – TPA Claim Resources.
All PEOs with active policies in the RPS Service American PEO program or AmTrust Staffing program should have been emailed a User ID and password to the new platform which can be accessed via https://rtiaportal.insurecomp.com.
