Mr. Fabrizio joined Risk Transfer in 2002 and was appointed as President of Risk Transfer Programs, LLC (fka Lighthouse Programs, LLC) in May 2005. Mr. Fabrizio has worked in the fields of safety engineering and workers’ compensation insurance since 1993, and offers consultation services in the areas of underwriting, claims management, loss projection, loss control and enterprise risk management.

Mr. Fabrizio began his career at the Florida Department of Labor and Employment Security, Division of Safety as a Senior Safety and Health Program Development Analyst in 1993. Under the 7(c)1 program funded by OSHA, Mr. Fabrizio specialized in safety management consulting for various industry groups, workplace safety program development and evaluation, and OSHA compliance for both public and private sectors. In 1997, Mr. Fabrizio went on to join ManagedComp, a national workers’ compensation TPA/MGA. During his tenure with ManagedComp, Mr. Fabrizio has provided risk management and loss control services for large national accounts, with specialization in Professional Employer Organizations (PEO’s), health care, manufacturing, colleges and universities, technology and construction industries. Mr. Fabrizio’s regional management responsibility included professional development and training of 23 Loss Control Consultants for the South East and South West states and was responsible for performance results for over 60 million in premium.

Mr. Fabrizio is a professional member of the American Society of Safety Engineers (ASSE) the American Society of Engineering Technologists (ASET) and the National Safety Council. Mr. Fabrizio has written and published over 30 industry specific safety programs for various industry groups filed within the FL Division of Workers’ Compensation which enables FL employers to receive premium credits under Florida Administrative Rule HB 1803. Mr. Fabrizio has also presented on risk assessment and the establishment and implementation of effective safety and health programs to the International Association of Industrial Accident Boards and Commisions (IAIABC), the ASSE, FAPEO and the Florida Workers’ Compensation Educational Conference.

Mr. Fabrizio received a Bachelors of Science in Engineering Technology, Design Engineering at the University of Central Florida.
