The United States Department of the Treasury has released the office borrowers application for the federally-guaranteed Paycheck Protection Loans that arouse out of the CARES Act that was signed into law last Friday. Starting April 3, 2020, small businesses and sole proprietorships can apply. Starting April 10, 2020, independent contractors and self-employed individuals can apply. Applications should be submitted as soon as possible because there is a funding cap.
